What can't be donated, sold, or recycled is disposed of properly using green bins and licensed disposal.
How It Can Be Free
Brian is a Windsor realtor. When he buys, sells, or lists a property, he often takes on the estate cleanout as part of the deal. The value recovered from reselling and donating items can cover the entire cost of the cleanout — meaning you pay nothing.
